Do you think it would be possible to add the ability to read a skin straight from a zip file (with the same structure) so you can just incbin it?  I don't feel like distributing a directory full of images and dimensions that someone could change and totally mess up the UI.

The ability to use incbin for the skin is on the to do list.

The ability to incbin the skins is done and zip them, and incbin them zipped.  Also, it is possible to have a password protected zip.  The only thing I don't have working yet is incbin'ing a password protected zip file.
