Dabz, I noticed BlitzMonkeys has a good codebox.  Is it a mod, or is the style just a feature of your theme?  Can you point me to it?  I think we need one here now.  

If it is a feature of that theme, then I should just be able to incorporate it into this one.

I grabbed the codebox CSS from another theme.  The "Select All" link isn't there yet.  I may get around to putting that into the theme I use at some point, but the codebox was the important part.
